Country-pop and actor song writer Jana Kramer rose to fame through television, where she was part of the crew of One Tree Hill as Alex for its final three seasons. On the episodes the singer-songwriter performed her country debut albums. Her album of the same title was featured within the top 20. Thirty One by 2015 was the follow-up and reached Number Ten. Her decade ended by appearing on Dancing with the Stars and in several TV movies alongside a series of non-album singles. In 2021, the self-doubting Voices was released. Jana Rae Kramer began acting in 2002, when she was still just a teenage. She was born in Rochester Hills Michigan Jana Rae Kramer has a background in country music. Through the years she was on numerous shows including All My Children and CSI: NY before landing the recurring role as Noelle Davenport in NBC's Friday Night Lights in the second season (2007-2008). Kramer then appeared on 90210 in the role of Portia Randson in 2008 through 2009 and also as Brooke Manning for Entourage 2009. She then joined One Tree Hill's ensemble in the role of Alex Dupre. Kramer remained in the character until about midway through the final season of One Tree Hill. Jana Kramer Kramer, during her stint as Alex Dupre, on One Tree Hill signed with Elektra Records. She debuted the contemporary song "I Won't Let Go in the one of the 2011 One Tree Hill episode. The song was later featured on Jana Kramer, her debut album that debuted in 2012. The track landed in the Top Five of the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. Focusing on her music career following that, and not resigning from acting she was a part of films like Heart of the Country 2013 and Country Crush 2016 that would appeal to her music fanbase. Kramer's second album Thirty One, was released by Warner Music Nashville by Kramer in October of the year 2015. It was a Top Five Country Hit I Got the Boy, and The Duet Steven Tyler and Aerosmith performed together helped the album reach number 3 in the Billboard 200 and number 10 on the chart for country albums. In September of 2016, her time on the 23rd season of Dancing with the Stars lasted two months before ending with a 4th place final. That same year, the song Feels Like Christmas featuring Straight No Chaser, was a big adult contemporary hit.
